A “muscle sandwich” is a protein-packed candy bar made by Muscle Foods. It consists of real peanut butter and graham crackers sandwiched together and then coated in milk chocolate or a chocolatey coating. Each bar contains approximately 14 grams of protein from whey protein isolate.
